Ayon kay Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) executive Vince Dizon.

“We haven’t built anything like this in the last 80 plus years,” wikani Dizon sa nasabing 9,450 ektaryeng lupain na nagtatampok sa modernong track and field at swimming facilities. “The plan from the very beginning was to privatize the operations. It is up to the private operator to run it, operate it and look for investors.”

“When we say it’s not viable,. it’s not viable right now. We’re still in the initial phase and there is very little traffic there. But were building a new metropolis. We’re beginning to build a new metropolis and these sports facilities are part of the plan.”

“Right now these sports facilities are program to be use by various institutions that will be locating here. They are mixed and multi facilities. They are not used only for one event,” dagdag pa ng BCDA official.
