IPINAHAYAG ng ONE FC, nangungunang MMA promotion sa Asya, ang pagbabalik ng aksiyon sa MOA Arena sa Pasay City sa Enero 26 tampok sa main event ang laban ni Team Lakay Geje ‘Gravity’ Eustaquio kontra Kairat Akhmetov para sa interim ONE flyweight world championship.

Bibida rin ang iba pang Pinoy talent sa fight card ng ONE: GLOBAL SUPERHEROES.

Magsisilbing rematch ang laban matapos manaig si Akhmetov via split decision.

Sasabak din ang 22-anyos na Joshua Pacio ng Baguio City kontra Pongsiri Mitsatiti.

Papagitna rin si featherweight standout Eric “The Natural” Kelly ng Baguio City na may tangan na 12 panalo kabilang ang siyam na submission tampok ang panalo kay Rob Lisita noong 2014, na nagbigay sa kanya ng US$50,000 ONE Warrior Bonus.

Samantala, magpapamalas din ng husay si homegrown Filipino combatant Rene “The Challenger” Catalan kontra Peng Xue Wen ng China sa three-round strawweight affair ng ONE: KINGS OF COURAGE sa Enero 20 sa Jakarta Convention Center sa Indonesia.

Target ni Catalan, isa ring Wushu practitioner, na masundan ang dalawang dikit na panalo sa nakalipa sna taon.

“I am exerting a tremendous amount of effort in training. I want to keep on winning,” aniya. “I am inspired to win my match this coming January 20 because I am representing the Philippines. It is always an honor to fight for my country. My goal in this bout is to win and bring pride to my nation.”

“My goal is to compete for the ONE Strawweight World Championship. I know before I get to that stage, I still have a lot of work ahead of me,” aniya.
